Major Raffle Draw
HOW TO JOIN:

1. To claim the Golden Ticket, submit one (1) empty Zest-O Juice Drink box at the designated redemption booth.
2. Only the Golden Ticket will give participants a chance to join the raffle promotion.
3. Participants must write the following information on the stub portion of their Golden Ticket: name, age, parent/guardian's name, address, landline and/or cellphone no. Each stub will serve as one raffle promo entry. The more empty Zest-O Juice Drink boxes submitted, the more Golden Tickets will be received.
4. All entries must be dropped in the designated promo tambiolo located at the Planet Zest-O Area at participating malls.
5. The promo is open to all children ages 12 years old and below, except the sponsor, its promo co-partners, ad & merchandising agencies, event suppliers, and their employees and relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity.
6. The winning Golden Ticket will be drawn during the scheduled Planet Zest-O Mall Tour events.

Minor Raffle Draw
HOW TO JOIN:

1. Participant must text PLANET ZEST-O to 2256 to get a Golden Ticket number. This will serve as entry to the electronic raffle. There is a charge of P 2.50 per text.
2. The promo is open to all except the sponsor, its promo co-partners, ad agencies & event supplier and their employees and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. The winning entry will be electronically drawn during the last working day of the week prior to the mall event. The draws will be done weekly at the Zest-O Corporation Office on Metro Manila.

OTHER PROMO CONDITIONS

1. Minor raffle entries will qualify for all (5) draws.
2. Major and minor raffle winners may only win once.
3. The name of the Major Draw Winner will be announced immediately after each draw. The weekly Minor Draw Winner will be announced at the mall event. Minor draw winners will receive a text message and written notification.
4. Zest-O Corporation gas the option to publish the names and photos of the winners without further compensation to them.
5. Upon receipt of notification, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd week major raffle winners may claim their prize at the Zest-O Corporation office at 574 EDSA, Caloocan City.
6. The rest of the winners, especially winners outside Metro Manila, may claim their prize at the nearest Zest-O office. The notification coming from Zest-O Corporation will indicate where and when to claim the prize.
7. Winners shall at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement, or notification of winners, whichever comes last, within which to claim their prizes.
8. After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, DOH-BFAD shall immediately be informed. Prizes may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of DOH-BFAD.
9. Major draw winners must bring their school ID and/or photocopy of Birth Certificate and their portion of the Golden Ticket. If claiming through a representative (Parent or Guardian), any two (2) valid ID's, such as school or company, SSS/GSIS, passport, driver's license, etc. and the Golden Ticket.
10. Minor draw winners must present the text notification and/or written notification, and any two (2) valid ID's, such as school or company, SSS/GSIS, passport, driver's license, etc.
11. Zest-O Corporation will shoulder the 20% prize tax. The Major Draw Winners shall shoulder the travel taxes, land transfer expenses, travel insurance and other expenses that are not part of the travel package awarded to them.
12. Prizes are transferrable and/or convertible to cash. The winner must submit a written request for the transfer of prize to Zest-O Corporation.
13. All draws will be done in the presence of the DOH-BFAD and Zest-O Corporation representatives. In case of disputes, Zest-O Corporation's decision, in concurrence with BFAD is deemed final.

What is Planet Zest-O?
It’s a whole event for kids and teenagers, where they can enjoy time off from their busy week at school and enjoy with their parents at the mall.

What can they do there?
The event has something for kids of all ages. Soft Zones and Parlor Games for toddlers, Sport and Carnival Games for young kids, Interactive, Single & Multiplayer, PC Games and even wall climbing sessions for advanced teenagers. There will also be special shows and segments such as a clown and magic show, face painting etc.

How do I enter?
All parents and kids are allowed to enter the event for as long as they have a golden ticket stub to enter or a box of Zesto 200ml to exchange for a stub to enter. Proper attire, most especially shoes is necessary so the kids are protected.

Are there any prizes to be given out?
An all expense paid trip for 3-4 pax for Hong Kong Disneyland will be given out at each venue. Just drop your golden ticket raffle stub and be the lucky winner. You can also text Planet Zest-O to 2566 and win a P50,000 shopping spree for your kid.

How do I claim my prize?
An authorized Zest-O representative will be in touch with the winners. Prizes are also convertible to cash.
